2017 NOFFS 2.0 Training Classes

This four-hour course includes Strength, Sand Bag, and Endurance Series training to enhance the NOFFS 1.0 Program. The NOFFS 1.0 certification is highly recommended prior to the 2.0 course but not mandatory. These courses are open to all eligible patrons. HIIT (High Interval Intensity Training)

This class takes you through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results.
