NOFFS

What is NOFFS? NOFFS is the Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System. It is organized into the Operational, Strength, Endurance, and Sandbag series. It was specifically designed to meet the specialized needs of the USN sailor. The Operational series includes specialized programs: Submarine Series, Large Deck Series, Group Training Series, and the Surface Ship series. 2017 NOFFS 2.0 Training Classes

This four-hour course includes Strength, Sand Bag, and Endurance Series training to enhance the NOFFS 1.0 Program. The NOFFS 1.0 certification is highly recommended prior to the 2.0 course but not mandatory. These courses are open to all eligible patrons. NOFFS Operational Training Class

This four-hour course allows the Active Duty individual to lead NOFFS for their command. This course is open to all eligible patrons. Must register two days prior to course. Email whidbey.fitness@navylifepnw.com or (360) 257-6936.

GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING:  Be ready to fatigue all your muscles (upper & lower body) for stronger more sculpted muscles while at the same time receiving cardiovascular benefits. NOFFS Group Strength

The Strength Series helps develop the strength that is needed to perform at the highest of levels. This series progresses through three phases of training: Build Your Base, Gain Muscle, and Get Powerful. Each phase builds upon the work completed in the previous phase and prepares you for what’s to come.
