The All American Restaurant, located in Jackson Plaza, serves hearty, wholesome meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Replacing the former galley in 2002, the All American Restaurant offers a new approach to food service for Navy patrons. From 6 - 8:30 am and 11 am - 1 pm, Breakfast and lunch are served cafeteria-style. During lunch, two line options are available for patrons to choose from. One line offers well-balanced hearty meals and the other is a fast line offering a daily grab-n-go option.
Breakfast at the All American includes both hot and cold dishes, including made to order omelets and a cereal bar. While the hot lunch menu changes each day, the salad bar is available daily. When evening comes, visit the All American with your friends and family and enjoy a full-service meal. Offering meals from steaks to wraps, you can accent your evening meal with a selection of beers and wine. When the check arrives, you'll love the price - an All American value for some excellent, All American fare!
The All American also partners with our other Fleet & Family Readiness (F&FR) Programs to offer a wide variety of special events, including holiday buffets, picnic BBQ's, catering and more!

* Sailors who are use a Meal Pass eat for free. During dinner hours, Sailors have a selection of menu items to choose from. If a Sailor opts for an item not on the RIK menu, they simply pay the difference.
