The Puget Sound area of Navy Region Northwest is divided into three main areas. North Sound is the home of Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island; East Sound includes Naval Station Everett; and West Sound encompasses Naval Base Kitsap (NBK), Bangor and Bremerton. Visiting the Housing Staff at one of the Fleet and Family Information Centers (available in North and West Sound) or the Navy Housing Office at Smokey Point (near Everett) is a priority when arriving at your new base.
