Assistance for Enlisted Retention Board Selectees
The Fleet & Family Support Center is providing assistance for Sailors and family members impacted by the Enlisted Retention Board.

The following classes would be of great benefit to Sailors/families impacted by the ERB and help them be better prepared for the road ahead. Commands should allow and encourage maximum participation as commitments permit.

First-Term CONSEP
Separatee TAP
Million Dollar Sailor

Contact your local Fleet & Family Support Center for details for upcoming transitional courses, or view the schedule of FFSC classes.

All ERB Selectees will get priority seating. To register for TAP and CONSEP, call the Centralized Scheduling appointment line at (866) 854-8638. To register for Million Dollar Sailor, call your local Fleet & Family Support Center.

For sailors deploying and unable to attend these workshops, the Command Career Counselor, service member or spouse can call for a priority one-on-one appointment for the service member and/or spouse. Appointments are available for transition, employment, financial and clinical counseling.
