Reservation Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to the first night's stay payable at time of reservation. At check-in, payment in full is expected for all nights' reservation. Please note that no refunds will be issued for early departures.

Each cabin requires a minimum stay of two days. Holiday periods may require additional days. Up to two cabins may be reserved per authorized user. All guests, pets and vehicles must be registered.

Cancellation Policy

Any reservation made will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee. A notice of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or cancellation fee will be equal to first night's room rate.

Priority Bookings

All eligible users may book up to one year in advance.

Things to Know

	Please call ahead if checking in late.
	Check-in is any time after 4 pm.
	Check-out is 11 am.
	Cottage Woodstoves - Please burn only the logs we provide and sell.
	Office/Gift Shop Hours Summer - 7:30 am to 8 pm (Close at 10 pm on Fridays and 8:30 pm on Saturdays) Winter - 7:30 am to 6 pm (Close at 10 pm on Fridays and 8:30 pm on Saturdays)
	Windjammer Restaurant opens daily at 7:30 am.
	Windjammer Lounge opens dailiy at 3 pm.
	Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8:30 am.
	Pets must be leashed at all times and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
	All guests and vehicles must be registered with the desk.
	Firearms are prohibited.
	Sorry no elevators.

Additional Fees

	Extra person in guest room is $10 per night.
	Pets $12 per night in Cottages or Presidential Suites (not permitted in Hotel and Jacuzzi Suites).
	Cribs are a $5 one time fee.
	Rollaway beds are $10 per night.
	Additional towel sets are $4 each.
	Additional wood bundles are $5.
	Parking permit for additional vehicle is $5.
	Additional housekeeping fees may be applied if damage is discovered during routine cleaning and inspection. Food and drink spills should be cleaned as they occur as they are considered damage and not wear and tear.
	Additional charges will be levied for any smoking inside any facility.
