There are no pets allowed in the hotel. Pets are allowed in the cottages and king suites for an additional nightly fee. Pets are also allowed in the RV Park and Campground at no additional fee, but leash laws are in effect. Please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after it. Maximum of two pets per unit/space please. Let the clerk know at the time of the reservation if you are planning on bringing any pets.

No. There is a community fire pit by the whale-watching tower adjacent to the campground.

| » Will my credit card be charged at the time of my reservation? |
We require an advance deposit equal to the first night's room rate to hold a reservation.

| » Is there a PX or NEX at Pacific Beach? |
No. The closest location is Joint Base Lewis McChord. We do have a Gift Shop with snacks and drinks or there is a mini-mart in downtown Pacific Beach about three blocks from the property. The closest major grocery store is in the Aberdeen / Hoquiam area.

| » What times of year are the busiest? |
All summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, school vacations and major holidays including most weekends. Weekends that are the easiest to make reservations for are the couple before Christmas. Ask about our special winter rates!

| » How are the kitchens equipped in the cottages? |
All of the kitchens have a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher (soap is provided). All cottages have place settings, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

| » Are linens provided for the cottages? |
Yes. Towel sets are provided for the cabins, six sets for the 3-Bedroom cottages and eight sets for the 4-Bedroom cottages. Sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided for the amount of beds in the unit.

We are located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Beach access is just a short walk to either the north or south end of the property.

| » Can retired DOD and Federal Employees make reservations? |
Yes, retired DoD and federal employees (with some form of federal ID) may make reservations up to 12 months in advance.
