Jim Creek Accommodations

Jim Creek Recreation Area is open to all Military, active, retired and reservists and DOD civilians. Authorized users may sponsor family members and friends as their guests.

Authorized users of facilities applies to military card holders (active duty, retired, reservists, dependants and DoD authorized users) may sponsor family members and friends as their guests on the station as long as authorized person(s) remain with guests at all times during their visit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and/or changes need to be made at least 7 days in advance for individual rentals and 1 month in advance for group reservations in order to receive a refund.

A $5.00 administration fee will be charged for any cancellation for individual rentals, $25.00 for group reservations and $100 for the lodge.

A refund will not be processed for individual rental cancellations made less than 7 days from scheduled rental date, nor will a refund be given for group or lodge cancellations made less than 1 month from scheduled rental date.
