Located in the northwest wing of the Commons, our 7,000 square-foot gymnasium features a full-sized basketball court and bleacher seating for command tournament games or larger group fitness PT classes. With four racquetball courts, a multi-purpose group fitness classroom and dry saunas in both men's and women’s changing rooms, we’ve got what you need to keep in the best possible shape.

Sports and Fitness provides four racquetball courts, convenient locker rentals, & saunas for your after-workout relaxation.

The Sports & Fitness curriculum offers full weight & cardio training equipment, formal programs, personal training, & a swimming pool facility. In summer, use one of 4 available outdoor playfields for a Command softball game.

 » Family Friendly Fitness Facility
The center is located at Smokey Point in building 13912 and is open to all eligible MWR patrons. The center is designed to allow parents to work out while supervising their children. The center has an adult cardio equipment area, an infant play area for ages 6 weeks to 18 months and a toddler play area for ages 19 months to 7 years. Parents are responsible for signing in and supervising their own children while working out.

Open Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm.

 » Intramural Sports Program
The sports coordinator regularly schedules intramural sports leagues throughout the year, such as volleyball, flag football, golf, basketball and softball. Various tournaments scheduled throughout the year are also available and allow friendly, competitive games to be played during the workday. Tournaments such as racquetball, dodgeball, and 3-on-3 basketball are some examples.

Additionally, regional NORPAC tournaments are scheduled throughout the year for teams or individuals looking for the best competition in Navy Region Northwest. Contact the sports coordinator to find out about upcoming leagues & NORPAC events.
