Class Fees: FREE to active duty, retirees & their family members
Class Fees for DoD Civilian:  $3.50
Fees for DoD Contractors: $4.50, $35/month includes facility use & group fitness classes

Strength

Group Strength Training:
  Be ready to fatigue all your muscles (upper & lower body) for stronger more sculpted muscles while at the same time receiving cardiovascular benefits. We will be using the latest in fitness equipment to achieve the hard body you've always wanted. This is a low impact class but you’ll surely break a sweat!
Step & Sculpt:
  This class has 30 minutes of basic step patterns that are basic and fun! However, if you have experience on step, we provide instruction how to increase intensity to your individual level. Finally a step class with simple choreography! The 30 minute sculpt portion is strength training with dumbbells, medicine balls, body bars & bands, and more...Come Step & Sculpt!
 
Cardiovascular

Spin:
  Go for a ride inside! A fun high energy ride with both cardiovascular and strength training combined for MAJOR caloric expenditure. A journey of hills, sprints, lifts, and jogs while listening to great music! You can burn up to 1,000 calories with this class or more (you'll be soaked!). Prepare to be motivated and see the body sculpt into that slim hard body you've always wanted! **Please arrive a few minutes early for bike setup.
Kickboxing:
  Workout with a power and punch! This is an energetic group exercise class that stimulates the body and mind to function at its best. Jab, Hook, Uppercut, Kick combos & more – major high energy with rockin' tunes! We draw from other martial arts disciplines (i.e., karate, kalahi, kung fu, tai-kwan-do, etc. May include boxing gloves, bags, drills, jumpropes and circuits. You will work up a major sweat while simultaneously releasing stress!
Step & Sculpt:

Zumba:
  Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
 
Fusion

Performance Training:
  This program provides an evidence based performance tool that will focus on injury prevention, functional performance movements like Push-Pull-Lift-Carry and the aerobic/anaerobic demands of balance, agility and coordination. This functionally based training program is geared towards the Active Duty Military Members however, all patrons are welcome.
Fitness Enhancement Program (FEP):
  FEP sessions include activities to promote moderately intense aerobic development, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.
TRX:
  All levels, all places, all goals. With a single piece of equipment learn to perform a virtually endless number of suspension exercises to achieve any fitness or performance goal. Because you can instantly modify resistance by adjusting body position, suspension training workouts are safe and effective for all fitness levels.
Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling Series (NOFFS):
  Using the latest sports science methodologies the logic engine for NOFFS combines both human performance and injury prevention strategies, resulting in safer training while yielding positive human performance outcomes. The exercises used in NOFFS are designed to replicate the activities of lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
20/20/20:
  A fusion of cardio, core and strength. During the class participants will receive three 20 minute segments each focusing on different types of fitness (cardio, resistance, flexibility, core, etc). This class is designed for all fitness levels optimizing the one hour of time allotted for all around fitness benefits.

Yoga:
  It is said that Yoga is the "new aspirin". Whether you're in the mood for relaxation or wanting to advance further, this class will ease your body into its youthful state of flexibility while increasing lower body and core strength, balance and flexibility. The benefits of yoga cannot be underestimated.
