1: Travel to the Port Townsend Ferry Terminal on Hwy 3 toward the Hood Canal Bridge.
2: Take the Port Lulow/Chimacum/Hwy 19 exit - to the right
3:. Follow Hwy 19 all the way into Port Townsend, the ferry dock will be on your right
4: Port Townsend to Keystone is a 30-minute crossing
5: After you dock, turn left onto Keystone Drive and proceed to Highway 20 (in Coupeville).

Provides daily service to/from all communities on Whidbey Island to Sea-Tac Airport. Stops are near Hwy 20 and Hwy 525 at various mini-marts and service stations. The trip to the airport takes 2:15  from downtown Oak Harbor and is even faster from Coupeville, Greenbank, Freeland, Bayview, Langley and Clinton.  Whidbey-SeaTac Shuttle will travel on the Clinton/Mukilteo Ferry and has a first-on/first-off priority boarding. Prices range from $28 to $34 (one-way) depending upon location and type of fare. Discounts for seniors, active-duty military and children are available. Advance reservations are required and soon you will be able to book online. Schedule: Whidbey-SeaTac Shuttle provides daily service with 4 departures to the Airport and 4 return trips back to Whidbey Island. Departures start at 0415 from Oak Harbor Downtown and continue every 4 hours until 1615. Returns from Sea-Tac start at 0800 and then every 4 hours until 2000
