Looking to increase your lifting potential? New to lifting and looking for ways to improve your overall strength? Join us for this FREE Powerlifting Clinic.

This 3-hour clinic focuses on basic technique of the squat, bench press and deadlift. Instructors will go over the basic technique of each lift and then examine individual form from participants. Training variations as well as assistant exercises for each lift will be addressed. This clinic will focus on the raw powerlifter.
