Final Move

This training provides information to transitioning service member and their families about their final move due to separation or retirement. Topics include an overview of the moving process, tips and techniques for coping, managing the move, moving with children, resources available throughout the transitioning process. Train like a warrior! The Warrior Workout combines strength training with a little HIIT cardio for a fun, fast-paced workout. Rock Runners Club

The club will meet at 11 am, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the NASWI Fitness Center and also every other Saturday for a course on the Whidbey Island 1/2 Marathon Route!  Club training with a goal to run any distance you choose on Sunday, April 22!
