Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. Express Spin is a cardio cycling that combines speed drills, hill climbing, and intervals to increase the heart rate.

Certified fitness professionals teach all classes. Limited space is available. Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in.

Open to active duty, reservists, retirees, DoD employees and their families.
