FFSC Flexibility - Mind Body Mental Fitness

Module 4 of the Mind Body Mental Fitness Series. Learn how to better understand your own thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Learn how thoughts, emotions and behaviors are different, how they interact with one another and how to deal with them. Practice your newly learned flexibility skills and discuss how to apply these skills in different settings. This module is heavily skills-based and participants will walk away with tangible skills they can put to immediate use.
