FFSC: Mind Body Mental Fitness: Flexibility

This module will teach participants how to better understand their own thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Participants will learn how thoughts, emotions and behaviors are different, how they interact with one another and how to deal with them. Participants will be able to practice their newly learned flexibility skills and discuss how to apply these skills in different settings. This module is heavily skills-based and participants will walk away with tangible skills they can put to immediate use. Held at the Nor'Wester, Fidalgo or virtually.
