Naval Station Everett's Seismos Fitness Center is open to all eligible MWR users and health precautions enforced.

Located in the northwest wing of the Commons, our 7,000 square-foot gymnasium features a full-sized basketball court with bleacher seating for command tournament games or larger group fitness PT classes. With two racquetball courts, a multi-purpose group fitness classroom, PRT training room, NOFFS Zone, and dry saunas in both men's and women's changing rooms, we've got what you need to keep in the best possible shape.

Fitness Classes

Our group fitness class program is updated every quarter. Group Fitness Schedule pdf download.  Classes include, spinning, TRX Bootcamp and more.  Classes are open to eligible MWR users, but Active Duty has priortiy for class. 

The Sports, Fitness & Aquatics curriculum offers full weight and cardio training equipment, as well as formal programs.

We offer one-on-one fitness assessments and program assistance by our certified fitness specialists. Our eight-lane, 25 yard swimming pool offers lap swimming during all hours of operation. The 13 foot dive well with platform is available for military trainings by appointment. Outdoors, our customers have use one of two available outdoor softball playfields, an eight-lane synthetic running track, and full-size multi purpose field.

Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System, NOFFS 

What is NOFFs?

NOFFS is the Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System. It is organized into the Operational, Strength, Endurance, and Sandbag series. It was specifically designed to meet the specialized needs of the USN sailor. The Operational series includes specialized programs: Submarine Series, Large Deck Series, Group Training Series, and the Surface Ship series.

Mission Nutrition

This is a one-day nutrition course for those who want to increase their understanding of food and weight relationships. Learn how to shop wisely, build meals and understand external factors that affect eating habits and much more! Classes are available upon request.

Monthly Pass

We offer a "Monthly Pass" for Group Fitness Exercise Classes. The pass is $30 and valid for unlimited classes for one month. The pass expires one month from date of purchase; it is non-refundable; non-transferable.
