Group Fitness: Spin/Strength

Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. NBK MWR Fitness offers Group Fitness Classes that are available for FREE for you to enjoy!
Spin/Strength: 20 mins of cardio on the spin bike followed by 20 mins of functional strength training.
All classes are taught by certified fitness professionals. Limited space is available. Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in.
Open to active duty, reservists, retirees, veterans with VA Health ID, DoD employees and their families.
