Group Fitness: Silver Dumbbells

Stay Strong, independent and energized with out Silver Dumbbells class!  Designed for active older adults, this low impact strength training session focuses on building muscles, improving balance and enhancing overall well-being.  Using Light weight dumbbells and controlled movements, our instructors guide you through exercises that promote mobility, bone health and daily function – all in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in

  • All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted.

  • Limited space is available

  • Certified fitness professionals teach all classes and are included with facility access.
