The Executive Leadership Training provides an overview of the Family Advocacy Program and Sexual Assault Prevention & Response Program and the involvement of NCIS, Regional Legal Service Office (RLSO), and Victim's Legal Counsels in domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA) cases. This training gives command leadership the tools to keep victims safe and hold offenders accountable for their actions.

This training fulfills the COMNAVREGNWINST 1753.1A that requires all newly appointed Commanding Officers, Executive Officers, Command Master Chiefs and Chiefs of the Boat to attend the DV/SA Executive Leadership training within 90 days of assuming their position. This training is separate from other SAPR training requirements.
