Mower Power Challenge

Challenge yourself to a yardwork-inspired fitness obstacle course!

Each activity mimicks a yardwork chore: 

  • 10 Snatches with KB – per side (Start the Lawn Mower)
  • 20 Yard Sled Push (Mowing the Lawn)
  • 10 Wood Chops with DB – per side (Chopping Wood)
  • 15 Renegade Row with DB – per side (Pulling Weeds)
  • 20 Yard Sled Pull with rope (Dragging the bag of compost/soil)
  • 10 Yard Farmers Carry (Carrying buckets of freshly picked produce)
  • 20 Yard Sled Push (Wheelbarrow Dump)

Top 3 males and females will win a gardening start up bag!
