Each activity mimicks a yardwork chore:
- 10 Snatches with KB – per side (Start the Lawn Mower)
- 20 Yard Sled Push (Mowing the Lawn)
- 10 Wood Chops with DB – per side (Chopping Wood)
- 15 Renegade Row with DB – per side (Pulling Weeds)
- 20 Yard Sled Pull with rope (Dragging the bag of compost/soil)
- 10 Yard Farmers Carry (Carrying buckets of freshly picked produce)
- 20 Yard Sled Push (Wheelbarrow Dump)
Top 3 males and females will win a gardening start up bag!
