SNOWINGA (Snowshoeing, Wine, and Yoga)
We'll warm up with 30 minutes of yoga then off for the trail! This guided trek will last about 2.5 hours with stops along the way for Yoga Poses in the snow and time to enjoy the beautiful views. We will stop at a Winery on the way home for a little tasting. Level I=EASY Equivalent to being able to walk 3 miles on a treadmill at 2.4 mph. Slight inclines.
