Goal Setting is the process of identifying something that you want to accomplish and establishing measurable steps with realistic timeframes. The simple act of setting an effective goal gives you a better chance of realizing that goal. In this workshop attendees will: learn the steps for successful goal setting; identify and prepare a plan for a specific goal; recognize potential barriers to successful completion and develop a mitigation plan to respond and overcome potential roadblocks.
