Walking can improve our health, mood, and energy level. Walking is inexpensive and safe and requires no special equipment. Having regular walking buddies or being part of a walking club can help us stay motivated. You're in luck NBK Bangor has created a walking club just for you! Join us weekly every Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. and Thursday at 3:30 p.m., starting July 5, and walk up to 3 miles around the Bangor Bangor Base. Strollers are welcome and routes are wheel-friendly. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. A water bottle and towel are encouraged.
Open to Active Duty, Reservist, Retirees, Department of Defense employees, their families and their guests.
