NASWI Open House Flightline Run

This is what is on-line.... Flight line 5k Walk/Run  Register online with 610215-01 or call 360-257-6936. Meet at Flight line by Hangar 2, follow run signs.  Open to everyone. The run starts promptly at 8 a.m. Strollers are ok.  Pets are not permitted.   Strollers and diaper bags are allowed, but the bags must not be larger than 12x6x12 inches.

Pig and Rooster Swim and Tread Challenge

Test your aquatic fortitude and try not to sink. Participants will be challenged with a tower jump, treading and swimming element for points. Commands combine total points for the Captain's Cup. Mount Baker Glacier Hike

Get up close glacier views of Mount Bakers' Eastern Glacier. We will meander our way up through the heather meadows and then start our ascent of a steep trail on the flanks of the mountain for fabulous close-up views. Talus slopes and late-season snow patches make this an exciting and challenging trail. 7.5 miles roundtrip with 1,350ft elevation gain.
