In August 2023, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Unaccompanied Housing (UH), in partnership with Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), set up parcel delivery services for service members residing in NBK – Bangor barracks. The service provides parcel delivery services (US Postal Service, Amazon, FedEx, and UPS) at a centralized location convenient to barracks using the FLCs Intelligent Mail Locker (IML) system.
