Welcome to the Bangor Fitness Center – built for warriors and novices, driven by results. Stay mission-ready with elite training, top-tier equipment and expert support and advice.

Open 24/7 of your convenience, visit us during manned hours to activate your CAC for access to all unmanned fitness centers across NBK, including Keyport, Naval Hospital Bremerton and Bangor Waterfront Fitness (requires lower base access).

    • Swimming pool for lap swim and recreational swim, water slide and floating obstacle course.

    • Warrior Room (punching/speed bags), Indoor basketball, volleyball, pickleball, Wally Ball, racquetball, Intramural Sports Program.

    • Outdoor track, multipurpose field lined for soccer and flag football, turf softball, outdoor basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball.

Family-Friendly Fitness Space

Stay fit while the kids stay active! This exclusive, family-friendly space offers a play area for ages 6 months to 9 years and allows youth ages 7-9 years old to work out with parents after a Youth Orientation. Fitness for the whole family creates lifelong healthy habits.
