A 40-hour mandatory training for those sailors appointed to be their Command's CFL. ACFL's are not required to take this course but are highly encouraged to attend.  July 27-31 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Bangor Fitness Complex CFLs are not only responsible for conducting the bi-annual PFA for their commands, but also provide exercise programming and guidance throughout the year to ensure the members of their command maintain physical readiness.

NOFFS Operational Training Course

Must register two days prior to course. This four-hour course allows the Active Duty individual to lead NOFFS for their command. This course is open to all eligible patrons. Email whidbey.fitness@navylifepnw.com or (360) 257-2420.

Babysitting Training Course

Course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to give care safely and responsibly for children and infants. This training will help participants to develop leadership skills, keep themselves and others safe and learn about basic child care, CPR, and first aid.  $67 for all eligible patrons, ages 11 and up.
